Both people staying in a double-occupancy room need to complete separate festival registration forms. Be sure your roommate lists you as the roommate on his/her registration form.)

Lodging and Meals
Festival-goers lodge in Dyer Hall and Clark Hall, Ferrum College’s newest residence/conference facilities. The buildings are side by side. Each double-occupancy room is furnished with two single (college-size) beds, chests of drawers, and tables. Each room also has its own bathroom and climate control system. (Private rooms are available. See prices below.) Dyer and Clark Halls feature common living space on every floor and a kitchen on one floor. Elevator equipped and Wi-Fi connected, they are fully handicap accessible. All buildings on the Ferrum campus are non-smoking facilities. Linens are included in the lodging package. (See the CRDF website for more information on linens and things you might want to bring with you.) An abundance of free parking is adjacent to both buildings. Meals are served in the Ferrum College dining facilities, a short walk from Dyer and Clark Halls.
2018 Lodging Rates:
• DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOM PLUS 8 MEALS: $75.00 per person per night. TOTAL FOR EACH PERSON IN THE ROOM FOR THE ENTIRE FESTIVAL, THURSDAY TO SUNDAY = $225.00
• SINGLE OCCUPANCY PRIVATE ROOM PLUS 8 MEALS: $85.00 per night. TOTAL FOR THE ENTIRE FESTIVAL, THURSDAY TO SUNDAY = $255.00
• COMMUTER MEAL PACKAGE (8 MEALS, NO HOUSING)--TOTAL FOR THE ENTIRE FESTIVAL, THURSDAY TO SUNDAY = $80
• Children’s rates are available upon request.

You can make payment in one of three ways:
(OPTION 1) CHECK or MONEY ORDER--Simply mail it to us.
(OPTION 2) CREDIT CARD--Enter your credit card information for us to charge through our system. NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION, THE AUTOMATIC EMAIL SENT TO YOU CONFIRMING YOUR FESTIVAL REGISTRATION WILL HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN IT. IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT HAVING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN AN EMAIL, USE PAYMENT OPTION 3 BELOW.
(OPTION 3) CREDIT CARD--Submit your registration form without entering your credit card information. Then call the Blue Ridge Institute & Museum (540-365-4412 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday). We will process your credit card payment over the phone.
